How will you help us get there:

As our Chief Growth Officer at Opencare, you’ll partner directly with the CEO and executive team to help us expand our business by 2x year-over-year, and further establish ourselves as the market leader for helping patients access high-quality dental care. You will oversee patient acquisition (B2C) and dentist acquisition (B2B), and be responsible for ensuring that coordinated efforts lead to balanced supply and demand in our marketplace. Opencare works on a city-based model, so growth is driven by both expanding depth to reach new patients in existing cities, and by rolling out playbooks into new cities.

 

Your primary role will be to:

  • Drive revenue and profit growth for the business by defining our growth strategy, building teams, and providing hands-on oversight of execution
  • Expand our existing B2C growth channels to attract and convert higher volumes of patients, in both existing and new channels, with strong unit economics
  • Build our B2B marketing motions from the ground up to increase the volume of leads to our sales team, and brand awareness
  • Evolve our brand positioning and messaging for both B2C and B2B to improve conversion, recall, and alignment with our mission
  • Coordinate market expansion strategy to grow within and across cities, by mapping supply and demand and yield optimization
  • Partner with our Director of Sales to providing strategic, brand, and enablement support
  • Improve our creative, experimentation, and project management processes to more effectively and rapidly drive B2C/B2B growth
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to increase conversion rates across our platform
  • Leverage our analytics infrastructure and further develop our reporting architecture to ensure our marketing mix is highly profitable and scaling
  • Coach, mentor, and build your team of top performing B2C channel owners and B2B marketers

What are required attributes of a successful candidate? 

  • 4+ years in a CMO, CGO, or VP of Growth/Marketing role at an early/growth-stage technology company, servicing either B2C or SMB customers (ideally both)
  • 5+ years experience in performance and lifecycle marketing, with depth in paid social, SEM, and referrals
  • 3+ years experience of partnering with sales teams
  • Proven track record of delivering rapid revenue growth with tight CPA goals
  • Experience developing new core messages and overseeing highly converting creative production for both B2C and B2B
  • Experience successfully launching new scalable marketing channels on B2C and B2B
  • Passion for building teams, coaching, and mentoring high performers
  • Very strong analytical skills, and ability to use analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Heap, GA4) to inform insights and strategy, including channel attribution
  • Demonstrated ability to incorporate brand and conversion performance to deliver a well-rounded customer experience
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence across all levels, from executives to individual contributors
